Returns, Refunds, & Cancellations

I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS

ORDER CHANGE/CANCELLATIONS:

  • We try to process orders as soon as possible. If you need to change your order or cancel, please do so within 4 hours of purchase.

RETURNS:

Returns are accepted on orders that have arrived damaged.

  • Please get in touch with me within 5 days of arrival.
  • Dispatch product within 14 days of arrival
  • Once the product is received, a refund will be processed.

Shipping costs are not refunded. Customer ships return at their own expense.

Unless a product is damaged, I CAN NOT accept returns on:

  • Custom orders
  • Digital downloads
  • Sale items
