Returns & Cancellations
I GLADLY ACCEPT RETURNS, EXCHANGES & CANCELLATIONS
- We try to process orders as soon as possible. If you need to make a change to your order or cancellation, please do so within 4 hours of purchase.
Returns are accepted on orders that have arrived damaged.
- Please contact me within 5 days of arrival.
- Dispatch product within 14 days of arrival
- Once product is received, a refund will be processed.
Shipping costs are not refunded. Customer ships return at own expense.
Unless a product is damaged, I CANNOT accept returns on:
- Custom orders
- Digital downloads
- Sale items
If you would like to exchange your product for another, please contact me and I will work with you to ensure you get the product you are happy with.
